If you decide to mail or fax your order to us, please print out the finished online order form and enclose it along with your check, money order or credit card information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Billpoint and Cash.

We ship orders all year long, but there are certain times when the customer must accept the risk of shipment. We can only guarantee safe delivery of your order when shipped out of California (other than to Hawaii) between April 1 and November 30. We will ship out of California between December 1 and March 31, but only at your own risk. Please initial the appropriate line on our form if you are willing to accept the risk of winter shipment. Please consider your climate very carefully, as all of the plants we sell will freeze if exposed to temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit. We will guarantee the safe delivery of your order to California and Hawaii all year. Some cataloged items are available in limited supply. As orders are reserved in sequence received, you may want to ship within three weeks of receipt of your order, please allow four to five weeks for delivery. You will be notified by mail of a delay beyond three weeks. Please order well in advance of a date you would like an order shipped if you are purchasing items as gifts and you want them to arrive by a particular date. We'll make every effort to ship gift orders to arrive by the date indicated.
